              speaking of shoes any of these boxing shoes have a bit of arch support to them? I have those cheapy asics you can buy at sports authority and i get shin splints once in a while because there is no arch support to them at all. The jordans look great but I don't really know if i want to shell out $100 for em lol. Apparently I need a really rigid shoe because I tend to overpronate
