      Since the time of Columbus, the most well-known benefit of cranberry juice is that it can prevent urinary tract infections. But cranberries do not cure a disease if it is already there.

      If you often get UTIs, adding cranberries to your diet may benefit you. As well as warm fruit drinks based on cranberries, most importantly without sugar. You can look into supplements with cranberries free sugar if you do not like such a sour taste.
      If you're struggling with UTIs, including cranberries in your healthy diet is something you can do, and it won't hurt you.
