              No less than 3 times a week. Running is fundamental to everything.

                For a fight you need to run 5miles 7days a week. Need to be doing interval training also so find a nice hill. Stay away from treadmills

                      I’ve been bad lately. I’m lucky if I get out there and run 5 times in a month, let alone 5 times a week!

                      Even when I was running a lot, I don’t think I ever did 5 in a week. You’re not giving your legs enough recovery time. Now, I know I currently don’t run enough, but I still get out there every once in a while. Right now, it’s at about once or twice a week maybe.

                      When I was training good, I was doing 3 - 4 times a week. That was the sweet spot. Frequent enough to build the lungs, but not too much that my legs are always dead or sore.
