    and at Jessesmit.. Yea.. Muscle ups.. You got it.. You know what I;m talking about =).. I'm still learning.
    Sparring must be going really well then if you haven't had an amateur fight yet but are sure you can dominate the fly-lightweight divisions in the pros...

      you do any one arm pull ups? bruce lee could do like 10 in a row.

        We will have to see.

        I'm pretty sure I have a chance.. Everyone does.. With a good head and great corner, you can go far. I'm not turning pro yet. Some AM fights.. Then the Golden Gloves. I have a lot of work to do.

          I did 4 before.. Barley did 4 but yea.. **** is hard son.

            I can only pull off 1 but im 208 soooo its alittle harder for me. im working on more though. 4's really good

              Not bad.. Just keep on practicing.. You'll do 6+ in no time. Doing all those pull ups and push ups gave me great core strength for my body weight.
