Wear a compression sleeve until you get that MRI. They may not seem like they are doing much but believe me they help. I know they work for golfers, and tennis elbow. They allow things to stay inline and tight. Less inflammation when using the joint. Allow it to heal. Also will keep the elbow from extending as much. Hypertension is a bit rare in boxing. Not many people land a punch causing the forearm to bend the wrong way. I don’t know the details, could have been a bizarre injury and that’s why it’s been bothering you for so long. Keep reading, I’m sure it’s happened to other people in all sorts of sports.

TB 500 and BPC 157 are supposed to be good. I have never used them. I got good enough results from Orgono Silica for a bothersome knee.

I'm still trying to figure out how he got this injury throwing a body shot. If he did not connect than I would say that he is not turning his shots over.

Try this: throw a hard straight right without turning the shot over.

Now throw it and turn it over completely.

Notice that there is no stress on the elbow when you turn the shot over? ..................Rockin'
