Hey man, good video. I hate those slapping mitts guys, it's like I am trying to match his timing/rythme rather than working my own. I actually never even thought about the injuries that this method could create. I worked with guys like that for like a minute before I just walked away. I have seen many that work that way, but never seemed to encounter it in the gyms that I was in.
