    Greetings Boxing Scene citizens,

    My name is Sendy and I am new here. I have been boxing recreationally since I was 12 and for the past two years I have been trying to study the Cus D'Amato Style of Boxing from home and at the local gym. I wanted to share a few resources that helped me and still help me to this day. But most importantly I want to here your suggestions, experiences and ideas. I find this style to be very taxing on the body but very effective if you have the right teacher, mindset and drive. Let's grow
