  • advice on meals and eating times????

    i have been trying to get in shape for a couple of months but i have been yoyoing if you know what i mean because i fractured my hand and could not go to the gym!!! but i have been remotivated

    what i need is some examples of like a weekly meals or daily meals so i can get some ideas about it!!

    also i wanna know what someone who wants to drop weight does in the gym!!! nothing hardcore just a good solid cardio session!!

    any help would be great

    you eat when your stomach starts to grumble at at any time of day,you are not a boxer so why are you trying to do this,you are a newbie to the sport go to a gym and get a trainer to start you off with the basics,jab,jab,right,jab jab,left hook,these combos are on me,good luck in your training and remember keep your chin tucked in
