Get someone good at focus mits and body protector work. Have them pressure you so you can learn to fight off your backfoot.

Id suggest finding someone thats much bigger than you (weight wise) and with enough stamina to give you plenty of pressure with a good body protector on.

Watch as much tape as you can. You tube. Think of times guys did well against pressure fighters and study it. Find a guy with a style similar to yours, and check his fights out. You gotta have nerve, and a the right counter punch. A hard one. Gotta have something that gives people pause. Let them know you can’t be bum rushed.

Conditioning is a big factor when fighting a pressure fighter. You'll have to move a great deal and often throw more punches (mostly at long range).
WORK THE JAB! If you don't, he will feel he can charge you whenever he likes.
When the opponent moves forward don't always move straight back to avoid their punches. This will work a few times and then they will close the distance. Work on moving out of range at angles. As soon as you step over, counter punch.
Don't let him dictate the fight. This means don't let him bully you into spaces like corners. Keep your jab working and when you see him beginning to throw a punch, launch your jab and slide out. You have to work on timing the opponent. Often a pressure fighter will keep his head right on line when they move in and is vulnerable to be timed with a counter. Never stay directly in front of him and keep moving your head as well. Make it a habit to return your hands to their defensive position after you have punched and always move your head after you have punched so you lessen the chance of being counter punched.
Practice fighting off the ropes. Every so often you may find yourself here and it helps to have skill that allow you to defend and counter.
If you see the pressure fighter getting obviously tired, change the tempo and direction of the fight. He fights well coming forward so move him back. If his arms are tired, it's like his legs are too. Turn up the volume, especially when he is going backwards. He'll likely not be familiar in how to stay safe and avoid shots coming at him in this scenario.
And of course as a lot of others have mentioned on here check out fights that resemble you and your opponent. Ali-Frazier is different than Ali-Foreman.
Best of luck to you. I look forward to reading an update.
