  • Making weight, in THREE WEEKS time, 141lbs

I weigh about 154-155 right now, i have exactly 21 days to make 141lbs, weigh in is about 4 hours before my amateur bout. It is only my second fight so i am not yet sure what is the best way for my body to make weigh and feel comfortable and strong enough by the opening bell. My last fight my legs and body felt alright, i weighed 149 two days before the fight, and dried out in time, the only thing i found was that my mouth was like cotton after the second round.
I chugged a liter of Pedialyte right after weigh in, a liter of gatorade, and had a subway pizza within 30 min after i got off the scale.

    ANY tips/advice/help is much appreciated!

I know ideally you'd like more time but i just found out about my back to back fights on the 26th and 27th of this month, two days ago.

    Thanx again.

DeLaHatManMos we have EXACTLY the same problem, LMAO. I fight in the AM in 1 month and i got fat (154-5) and i have to go back to 141.
I can't train until Sept 15 coz i have to earn my place in my third year of university.
Run 1hour a day, 200 situps the morning+ 150 pushups and the evening 200 pushups.
Drink a lot of water, eat fruits, veggies; no sugar, no salt.

see the problem for me is that i have like 6% body fat as is. i used to be bigger with muscle but ive ran 3 marathons in the past 18 months and cut out my weighlifting so im leaning out good but i dont have much fat to lose. i guess i just kinda need someone with experience to let me know, given my time frame, what my weight should be at what point, and how much water weight i should lose the day before and of the weigh in, without being too weak to perform???????????????
