Eat light, salads, chicken, etc. You should be well under weight for a tournament and it’ll be easy to maintain over the course of the weekend. If you’re a bit over before you step on the official scale, jump rope for a bit with some sweats on. Shouldn’t be a big deal. Cutting weight for a tournament is tough and can be hell. Bring an accurate scale with you in your hotel room.Comment
