    Jab jab jab and jab, you're the bigger man. Impose your jab on him and then work on the right cross.

    This is Light sparring so i won't talk about speed and **** like that.

      i think its been sed by everyone already but just jab at every oppurtunity

      and when start to push him back throw straight right

      im guessing it was kinda scrappy on the count of diff stances?

        thank you very much for the sharing the vid, y like the others say, the jab is a good is a good alternativ in you boxing skills, but the whole sparring fight looks really nice for me

          yeah, well unfortunately for you, hes doing the right thing as the smaller guy, moving in and out and drawing your leads. Its good sparring for you because smaller guys are always going to be doing that to you and your huge at the weight.

          You started off the round trying to use your jab, but you were still reaching with it. Use some feints and footwork to draw some leads from him then sit on the back foot and toss the jab out at him. You dont necessarily have to back him up with the jab sometimes its ok just to keep him off you with it. Work on your footwork and ring awareness (i.e spar more) and make him come to you.

              i saw the video again and i must say,that the two people in the ring in no shape or form resemble boxers,what i see are two slow moving, non athletic, scrawny,slow punching,turtles
