      So Emmanual Steward and Kronk letting a guy spar on his first day are wrong for doing that? They let the guy get his ass kicked a bit and if he still shows up the next day, then they will begin working with him..............Rockin'

        That's how you build a fighter. You tear him down and build him back up to what you want him to be.

                Days? Weeks more like it. I've been to gyms where thdy wouldn't even allow you to spar unless the trainer said your footwork was decent enough, and also places where they couldn't care less and had fools in the ring day 1
