    Liver shot

    If you see a liver shot coming and you tense before it will it still hurt you a lot?

      You should try to block with the elbow or turn your hip towards his hand so he catches you with the inside of his arm instead of his fist.

          I use my elbow and sometimes try to move to an angle where it doesn't hit flush
