BTW, I fight fairly squared-up. If you stay in a crouch, use a lot of lateral footwork and quick pivots, fight close, and most of all, if you stand square purposefully to invite the punch, it can be very effective.

boxing isnt just about throwing aimless punches. its a craft and takes years to master. that said you have good coordination and seem athletic, but you need to be in a real boxing gym to find out what its actually like. work on some lateral movt around the bag. more head movt while imagining an opponent as the bag rather than just doing that tyson bob thing lol. throw some more combos. double jab alot. work on throwing multiple jabs at once. if and when you go to a gym, take it slow, you dont want to learn the wrong things. its harder to unlearn bad habits.

yeah i know i wasnt practicing perfect form and such. i know i had my right hand was at my jaw instead of a little higher even had it sometimes a little lower then my jaw. i know i had my left had down majority of the time but i feel i had less bad habbits messin around in the vid then most pros in the ring. i dont pretend to be or claim that im pro or amateur. most pros out there **** back when throwing jabs along with keeping their hands lower then on the temple/jaw and chicken wing like a mother ****er when throwing jabs but they are the pros not me and can do what they want and they fight in their style. boxing for me at least at the moment is just a hobby and a sport thats just fun to learn even if it is on my own. ill eventually get in the gym and start sharpening what ive learned and what i will learn. as far as movement, like someone up there said its in a garage with a car in it and it was a vid of just messin around. i didnt feel like moving the car out for a 3 min vid in jeans hah. personally i like using the jab a lot but decided to just use the power punches in the vid. thanks for all the imput all.

Your very very impressive for someone who hasnt boxed or been trained. It's nearly impossible to find someone with no training who's able to keep their hands to their head inbetween punches, let alone keep their hands to their head at all. Your form is great to, you have great upper-body movement with your punches, you just got to get your lower-body movement in the mix, like pivoting, siting on your punches, etc, etc. You'd be very good if you went to a gym, I HIGHLY recommend it. Compared to the average Joe on the street, you could pass for a boxer if claimed.
