    Could I be overtraining?

I have a fight coming up and I trained 8 out of the last 9 days, I was sparring as well as I ever have up to last saturday. Last night I had a few spars and was brutal, I had a pain in my foot which would have affected me but I just felt like I had no sharpness at all. The weird thing is that I didn't feel tired at all, just no sharpness.
Im going to rest now till my fight but my performance really worried me, could it just be down to overtraining and i'll get sharpness back after a 3 day rest?
    Thanks

You should be right, just do light pads and shadowboxing focussing on speed 2 days out from the fight, and rest the day before.
