I used to eat first then run so it can burn it off, but now I run first then eat. So by then my metabolism is working at full steam and it will burn the food I just ate out and I still have a lot of energy since I ate last and I'm good for the day with energy. Reason why breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

when you wake up first thing in the morning, your metalobism is at its fastest.

lol eat a small meal .stretch .then run ,you burn more calories if you eat .... you never want to starve yourself unless ur anorexic or a girl or unless you only run a couple of of minutes

if you ate a good dinner or late night snack the night before, u should have energy for a run before breakfast. ofcourse you wont have the same energy compared to eating breakfast beforehand but you burn what your body stored over night.
