however i severly disgree with one of your article sabout making weight and losing weight and doing weight 1 day before a fight!, everything in that article is bad advice...

Sorry dude i must have written it badly in this post, its not actually MY website, i didnt write any of it, i meant i'd offer up the website i had found so other people could look at the advice on it.
So if you know of any websites with useful information on it then feel free to share them.
