    Watching what we eat and getting regular exercise is definitely key. I work in a hospital. In the cardiac rehab department, there are mostly older patients, trying to improve their quality of life with what? Exercise! It's interesting to see that even the elderly can benefit from and are prescribed exercise, even after they experience cardiac issues. Imagine if they had developed a regular exercise plan when they were younger.
