Double End Bag vs Speed Bag

I STILL don't know how to use the speed bag but I'm good at the double end. To me that's the best because he helps with a lot.

I think the double-end bag is my favorite apparatus in the gym, following the wrecking ball heavy bag. In my estimation, the only real advantage that the speed bag has is that it's addictively fun, and, if you're good at it, draws a lot of attention.

That's not too too impressive. The bands are really tight so the bag isn't going everwhere. Which is the best way to do it, still fast though.

I hate the speed bag and I never use it because I can never find my rhythm.

DBL End is a lot more useful, and somehow I'm a lot better on it.

I've never used a double end bag, and I'm pretty decent on the speed bag but I totally agree. Plus double end bag is much cheaper ^_^.
