Why did you agree in the first place?

        You can always quit.

If you're not ready to die, then you're not ready. When fighting someone taller than you.. Its best to get inside. Try the jab to the stomach.. See how he reacts.. If it doesn't work.. Try something else.. You have to adapt man. Stop complaining and learn from your mistakes.

You are both human.. He is just taller.. That is all.. Use your head. Get inside next time. Take chances. Its just sparring.. If you can't take a chance in sparring, then you won't make it far bro. Plain and simple. Good luck.

Using height and weight is an excuse. The dude was just better than him.
At 147 lbs I fought someone at 220 and I got hit and went on with my business.

****ing kids always making excuses and complaining. If dude was a better fighter and had height and weight on his side, then the kid was just ****** for sparring with him.

you musta fought a fat 220lber I fought a heavyweight 240lb dude and when he hooked me I blocked and he ****ing knocked me down and almost out and I ****ing blocked. There's a big difference when the heavier guy has skill in fighting. I totally wooped some dude that 190 but I was 140 and I was ****in out shots harder than him and he couldn't even touch me.
