Yeah I could see the thing about the casein but correct me if I'm wrong, I thought that pro complex doesn't have casein in the blend (hence why I said the other protein sources were useless). The amino content seems similar to the 100% Whey, a lil more with Pro Complex though.

I take 1 scoop of whey protein and a medium bannana and handfull of strawberries before my workout
and after my workout i just take 1 scoop of whey protein plus a fast-carb (ex. angel food cake, sugar free cookie, gatorade, jelly beans, white bread) just make sure after your workout to get whey protein and 40-60grams of fast digesting carbs.Comment

True but its better than nothing when combined with milk (which contains casein) and peanut butter (with fat and protein) which help slow down its digestive rate.Comment

I take two scoops of Usn Pure Protien after workout everyday,
and One scoop of ON Casein Protein before bedComment

quick question fellas, whats the best method to using whey protien and not gaining weight? I have been doing ok using designer whey protien 1 to 1 1/2 scoop after workouts. Please let me know what you think.Comment

Whey is not magic. Its pure protein, strip a steak of its fats and such and leave its protein. Or actually take milk remove its, fat, liquid, casein protein, and leave the whey.Comment
