Running in sand!

    Running is the sand is great for muscular endurance and cardio.

    I used to do these a while ago. Feels like someone is taking a meat tenderizer to your entire lower body.

    If you feel like upping the ante more, get an upper body harness and a weight sled and have sleg drag races on the sand.

      lol yea that sounds fun

      The other day at the gym....I wish I knew the name of the machine. Basically I stood in the middle of a platform, had to put on some belt type thing, and then these ropes from the bottom of the machine attached to my belt. So the ropes or wire/cords whatever they were were pulling my body down. I had to do 2 2 minute rounds of bobbing and weaving with it, then my trainer attached another 2 more rope things which made it pull me down even harder and then I had to do 3 2 minute rounds of squatting down and then exploding up and jumping as high as I could.

      at first I thought it was cool.......now I hate it lol.
