Need Help! If I lift weights will they shorten my reach?

      Lifting weights also shortens the penis and enlarges the testicles. So I've heard...

        That is my tribe and we do not have small penises just big balls. The big balls make our penises appear smaller, when in fact they are like king size yams capable of giving our multiple wives multiple pleasureable moments.

            Funnily enough if you weight train in the wrong way then you can affect your reach. If you train with a specific goal in mind then you should be OK but a lot of guys will try and overtrain the biceps which will affect the extension of your muscles.

            It's unlikely it will affect you however unless you're really on a bodybuilding kick and you'd feel other problems such as lack of energy and speed long before you'd notice the loss of reach.

                I could see how it could appear to affect your reach because of the thickness of the muscle, but unless your bones are shrinking from lifting then I do not see how it would.

                    Well if you do it really wrong you can lose some flexibility in your joints.

                    So don't body build excessively while not working on your flexibility and you'll be fine.
