-see how many pull ups you can do, take it in turns with the whole group
-basic techniques(the different blocks and punches) for 20 minutes
-bag work( spend 3 minutes on a bag for every person there, 3x10 normally)
    -a couple of rounds sparring
-fitness circuit which is things like wide press ups, squats, star jumps, press ups wth a clap and jump up and that kind if thing)
-and finally 10 minutes of stretching off and cooling down.

Run on treadmill for 10 minutes to warm up.

warm up in the ring side to side lateral movement for 2 rounds to basically stretch everything out.

2 rounds shadowbox working on movement

2 rounds shadowbox working on technique.

      3 rounds heavy bag

2 rounds wrecking ball or uppercut/hook bag depending on which one is free.

2 rounds on the mitts depending on whether I've payed my extra monthly dues for that month.

      3 rounds double end bag

      3 rounds speed bag.

If I've seen anyone else doing stuff in the gym that I want to emulate, I'll do a couple of more rounds shadowboxing it.

finish up running another mile on the treadmill then stretching out

During Tuesdays and Thursdays, I tone this down a bit as I go straight to the jiu jitsu gym and do that for 3 hours right after.

Saturdays I do strictly Jiut jitsu.

Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I do strictly boxing

When I have someone to spar with, usually Wednesdays, I'll just warm up by shadowboxing and doing light work on the bag then spar for however many rounds we decide to do that day.

haven't trained for about a month now.

          sunday - friday

run in the morning, gym in the afternoon.
skip for 10-15 mins, do all the tricks in the book
a bit more of a leg warmup

then i'll spar up to 15 rounds (realistically), only going 8-10 of those straight before other people want to get in (bummer).

if i don't spar i get in the ring for i dont even KNOW how long. work head movement, pivots, all sorts of footwork, jumping, little movement tricks, holding my hands tighter to my head, shadowboxing. usually no more than 4 rounds. first round is purely feet, no head movement involved.
then AT LEAST 6 heavy bag rounds (incorporating bag sprints etc), at least 2 double end and 2 speed bag.
what my workout consists of is varied. the timing also depends... sometimes ill do it after sparring, sometimes before. i try to have explosive days and strength days.
pushups, widegrip pullups and situps every day. the reps vary incredibly. usually at least 400 of different ab exercises.
then i stretch my legs out, maybe do some skipping, another max out set of pullups.

          nothin crazy, im hardly serious.

i spar every day if i can handle it. i dont **** with heavyweight dudes more than once or twice a week. too much effort haha.
i usually end up spending like 3 hours there. 2 isnt enough to spar, do bag work, workout, stretch and ESPECIALLY not enough timef or an ab workout.

at the gym at 6pm or so, various warm ups, shadowboxing (sometimes with dumbbells) then maybe foot sparring or slap sparring, then sparring or drills or both, pads or heavybag after...depends on which trainer im working with or who im sparring with
