why do people find it so hard to train without some kind of incentive that ends up destroying your health?
don't use that ****. no matter how much water you drink to try and take it out of your system fast, that crap is a free radical. free radicals are the main cause of cancer, diabetes, and many, many other serious health conditions
seriously, you're better off tiring a bit faster and living a bit longer and in better health. you're on your 20's i'm guessing?

I heard of nitric oxide supplements and they do sound dangerous I just wanted to make sure. they sound sort of dangerous. Yes I am in my early 20's.
I read an article that said the nitric oxide in beet root juice increases cardio endurance so it got my interest a little.

Like fdtorres said they are damaging free radicals, however some companies add anti-oxidants to cancel the effects out. You can also get more anti-oxs from berries, fruits, etc. I get some from food and my multi-vitamin.

anti oxidants (pure akai fruit is the bomb, but be sure NOT to get the expensive, crappy juice sold everywhere) help clean your body but no, they don't clean it completely, not even close. free radicals are what BK and macdonald's corn oil have from excessive use... i'm sure you know what that can do to your bodyLast edited by fdotorres; 08-16-2009, 03:29 AM.
