    ok, i think im going to stop useing them for long distance running (i run about 20 miles a week over 3 sessions) but you think they would be ok for say shaddow boxing on when useing the bag?

      Yeah I wouldn't run in them, thought about doing it but then I researched it a bit. But since you won't be moving too much/fast it could possibly be ok I wouldn't go too heavy on it though.
