cong**** man, and best of luck to you in the semis and finals.

In the tournament I'm doing over here in September you fight every Friday. Every single day is crazy lol. That's what they do in the nationals.

But it is a very good experience for you and again I wish you good luck.

cool, sounds like a big tournament
      where is it?
albany boxing gym trainers were telling my trainer about this tournament last week, we would have liked to get in it but like i said we just found out about it. Is the tournament done annually?
      good luck

Long island boxing championships, i was going to enter 152 novice even though my natural weight class is 140. My gym is new legend boxing. Pulled out when i got hurt at work with multiple meniscus tears and stopped training since the 1st.my unions insurance is going to cover the surgery. I might stop by today this is at the 5towns community center. my coach felipe gome told me the 152 And 140s were packed. Maybe we can meet uptoday friday. Youre weigh ins are at 4 right? Youre only allowed a 1 pound difference and if youre in the finals you have to be spot on target. Good luck, Ez

          Oh and one more thing.

Look at it like your opponent has also fought the past two days just like you. He is probably just as sore and tired as you are. Your not going in against someone who is fresh, they are doing the same thing as you.

thanks for all the love guys .. but i dropped a decision today to some kid from gleasons gym... he was strong and moved pretty good.. i wasn't 100% but he moved in and out better than me and got the decision which he deserved... so i drop to 4-1 and look to improve on some things.. but finally i get to eat good and relax a bit.. this **** was very very very stressful.. the scariest thing i ever did.. but i look forward to more

dont worry about it at all, very good experience

i fought last night myself, they made it an exhibition because i weighed in at 50kg (111 lbs) and he weighed in at 56kg (124 lbs), he was real tall too. But yeah they should have made it a real fight, because he was just came forward throwing lots of straights and i just boxed his ears off, moving around him, slipping and ducking under his shots, countering, making him look ******, probably the best ive ever fought too

but what you had is top notch experience, i probably wont get a chance to fight in a tournament like that until december when we have the national titles in my city. I just wanna fight at least 3-4 more times before that....
