    6:30 am run 5 to 7 miles
    15 to 20 min stretching
    3-3 shadow boxing
    4-3 heavy bag
    3-3 pads
    3-3 speed bag
    stationary bike 18 min

    3-20 leg raises with medicine
    3-20 medicine ball drops

                  speed bag 3 min
                  100 pushups
                  heavy bag 3 min
                  100 pushups
                  speed bag 3 min
                  5 to 10 min pads non stop punching
                  friday was the same but with legpress instead of 10 min of pads
