      i usually throw my hooks with a slight bent of my wrist inward, and its hurting my hands and wrist lately. what would you recommend?

        Yea me too..but i wasnt thinking bout technique i was trying to hurt this dummy lol there was alot of people watching me i was more nervous doing this than i was fighting.

          900 pounds at what speed? Taking into account that the size of the "damage area" is principally the same?

            they didnt say how fast....they just told me that a punch that is 900 plus pounds of pressure on impact to a human head will cause an concussion....its equalvelant to being hit with a sledgehammer

              so at roughy 150 pounds of weight you will have to punch at 6 meters per second to generate that much pressure.
