You spar 9 rounds everyday? That's over training, you shouldn't be sparring every single day. You should spar about 2-3 times per week if you are training for a fight other than that , that's way to much.

It seems as though your "trainer" is just reading from some manual or book or something. You shouldn't work on the same **** every day because it will get boring and the fighters will lose interest.

Plus, with more advanced fighters I get into more technical training where I work with them one on one, usually with the mitts one defense, movement, slipping, punching positioning, fighting a left or right hander etc.

There's a ton of things you can go over that doesn't require the same **** over and over.

Here's an example of one of my workouts I put my guys through:

    Stretch - 10 minutes

    Warm up includes:
    3 rd rope
3 rd shadow (with weights sometimes)
3 rd ring ups (jumping one foot off and on the edge of the ring)

    Heavybag workout:
Set combo 4 rds (switching lefty righty every other round)
Body work 4 rds (switching hands)

In between I take 2 or 3 guys in the ring while the less experienced guys are hitting the bag and do mitt work. Which can include butterflys, power, movement, defense, depending on who I have in there.

We pair off after that and do 3 for 3's. Where one fighter throws a 3 punch combo and the other one blocks, slips or ducks it, then returns 3 shots of his/her own. 20% power and speed very, very light sparring like.

Pairs also do slips on the jab, with return right hand. Parrying drills, catching drills, slipping hooks, catching hooks.

Work soem fighters in the speed bag, double end bag, upper cut bag.

When I have 15-20 guys in there I have to seperate them by skill level and let them do what I feel is necessary for the to improve. More basic stuff for the less experienced and work more 1 on 1 with my more experienced guys.

Then we work conditioning and then spar 2 times per week.

Oh of course abs at the end of the day....always.

Thanks for example of routine man, i always knew something was kinda wrong with his stuff.
so now i need to seperate this routine then, but i don't know how to sort them out between days and how to add some new ones.

That's why you need a proper trainer. See, it's your job to show up and do what he tells you. It's his/her job to keep your attention (change the routine, keep it fresh) and to evaluate what you need.

For example, I have one guy who is progressing very fast. The kid has great form, great speed and decent power. Like everyone though, he has his downfalls. One of his major flaws is he stands up to throw the left hook and jabs "down" exposing his chin a lot.

So what I did was bring in a tennis ball and made him hold it under his chin the entire training session. Even when he jumped rope, shadowed, everything....

It will make him hold his chin down because I told him everytime he drops the ball, he owes me 20 push ups on his knuckles.

He dropped it once the entire time and this saturday I will see if he can keep that good habit up for sparring.

but i have no other gym to train the other gym is for 18under amatuers sponsored by the government and im 19 when i started already turning 20 this november.

i'll improvise the routines myself maybe or make my own based on your advice, coz now i can feel the wear and tear. Like in sparring a this afternoon i used to be quick but im now slowing down bit by bit even the guys that can't catch me are now hitting me up with combinations coz im becoming a bit slow and less responsive i no longer get fired up.
