I run around 5:30-6am, once u get used to it u get addicted, I hav a busy day with work/business so can only do in morning, but it gets my metabolism goin, i feel more alert and can think better...plus the air is so much fresher in the morning..

ultimately i'd say run wen u feel like it, time dont matter

I have to run at night though because I work from 9-5 everyday so that's the only time I have to train. The problem is, you work all day and then it's tough to find the energy to train at night after a full 8-10 hour work day.
Early in the morning, works for me.

Gets you ready for the day , and like someone said, it speeds up your metabolism, empty stomach is way better, eat after.

Running later in the day will decrease your stress and blood pressure more then in the morning. but this is mainly because your not really stressed out or have a high blood pressure in the morning.

I run when i can if its 4pm and i havnt run yet for the day im not gonna say to my self its too late now....im gonna go for a run.

When boxing training was only available in the evening I use to run first thing in morning. Now that I can train first thing in the morning with my full time coaches, I run at night! If you don't box everyday, then it is best to run first thing in the morning, as some kinbda workout at that time always wakes you up and make you feel energetic so you can do your **** for that day
