WPI is good, so check out price and taste comparisons. Optimum Nutrition and Dymatize are what I usally buy, ON more often (prob won't buy Dymatize again, still good though).

Never really used it alot even tho it is the most popular supplement on the market.A protein shake in the morning after a night of drinking alcahol is supposed to repair the damage to the liver.Good for boxers who take a drink.Used to use caffeine , pro plus.Was like rocket fuel man good s--t .This stuffs supposed to be good.Eperdine in it .I thought it was illegal in the UK but I heard it's only illegal to sell epherdine not buy it.This has got it in it,epherdine alkaloids

Ephedrine is illegal in the US too, thats why fat burners don't work like they used too for people.
