How do you get a bigger frame?

Not sure if the same as height but how do you make your bones larger?

Im pretty much 5"10 to the nearest inch but im sorta boney (just turned 17) but i havent grown in a while and im worried im not going to fill out much more

Anything that might influence? Weights? Certain food?

For the most part this stuff is just genetics. You might fill out a bit more as you age but it's not that likely you'll go from ectomorph to mesomorph.
Wait your 4 years and see what happens, you may still grow and fill out more.

You can't, filling out is also not getting bigger bone wise, its filling out is adding mass to your body. You can make your self look physically larger with weights.

But his frame can only fill out so much. If you're built like a bean pole you won't get Mike Tyson type muscels.
Granted it seems to be that some people build bigger muscels with less strength too.

Agreed, and the last part about people building muscle for size not strength is fine...for other things but not boxing .

No my point was that some guys can look huge and not be that much stronger, when I was playing football my bench was 350 and that was one of my weaker exercises. I didn't look that impressive though, some guys had huge pecs but could only do 3 reps at 225.

Granted there are things that help produce strength besides muscel. Height helps because you get more leverage, you may have less endurance since you have to push the bar up further but you can usually max out higher.
And power doesn't always mean strength, Hagler was stronger than Hearns but Hearns was more powerful than Hagler for example.

My bad I meant size NOT strength in my last post, I wrote too fast :P. But I know what you mean, theres people who don't look as strong as they are but they are very strong. I lift for strength, if I look stronger so be it, but its not my priority.
