    Of training, likely will overtrain. I'm 26, time ain't on my side kiddos.

    I just got a nice digital camera to document all the work I do, so I can identify my flaws. I know I'll take alot of heat from the people here because I'm a fat white guy, but **** it. I got loads of stamina, can take a hell of a punch, and I hit like a train.

    I know there's some good boxing brains here, so I'll let them dissect and hopefully give me some good advice. I plan on going a good solid 8 rounds, my camera records 26 minutes...so we'll see how it plays out

    My left wrist is very sore from throwing my liver punch so I may not use that punch as much as I want to, it is my most powerful blow you will see alot of jabs crosses, right hooks and left hooks upstairs....for some reason my left hook downstairs is a hybrid uppercut hook that catches em right on the liver but when you train it hard with power it's hard on the wrist....anyway....be expecting a vid in a few hours...

    Listen I want good solid technical advice, tell me what I'm doing wrong especially with my right cross, it's my weakest punch. But when I throw it right, it's ridiculously strong

      I'm gonna post it tommarrow. The ****ing whole thing was like 3 gigs...I had to use VidSplitter and then upload it to youtube, about 30-40 minutes of training all captured...Taking a long ass time to upload them to youtube...I guess I could've edited out the 30 second breaks between rounds but what fun would that be? I know you ****ers would get a kick out of seeing a fat white **** with a *** fro like me gasping for air.
