I just don't know if I was jogging or running wrong. I got shin splints... Also, about 6 months back, I got this pain below my ankles when I tried leaning in a certain angle so I stopped running... To this day I still feel it...

Most if not all balance comes from within your eardrum. Pretty weird but its true, look it up.

Sore feet, ankles, knees, hips, back, neck. Flat feet= a horrible thing.

The good thing about it however is you most likely have insane flexibility, agility and speed compared to most people. I also noticed I jumped higher than any other lad in school.

It also depends on what type of flat feet you have. You either have flexible flatfeet, meaning it only becomes flat when you stand with you weight on it. Or they're always flat, weight or no weight on it. The last is worse.

Flat feet suck, I would be in so much pain after running. So I got Orthotics tailor made for me from a sports physician and the problem is gone.

Best 30 bones I've ever spent

Do you actually train with those things on? Because I found it to be very painfull on my arches while training.

I was told by my doc that you have to walk on them for 4-6 weeks before running on them. He's right cause I started running on them as soon as I got them and I was in more pain than before. So I took his advice and never looked back
