    Hey guys i have an exhibition coming up with a friend. were doing it at the Pure Self Defence in nanaimo. The fight takes place on the 30th and he challenged me a little over a week ago. I accepted his challenge becuase i do train hard even when i dont have a fight scheduled, and with a week to go i kicked up the training. 3 hours a day for 6 days. Now my body is completely exhuasted, but im wondering if i should train today and rest for 2 days before the fight (tuesday, wensday) or rest today also.

    I can feel that im in my best condition at the moment. Considering i only had a week to train. But i feel confident that i will be able to go the distance or Knock him out if the chance presents itself

    The rules for our exhibition are:
    8oz gloves
    no headgear
    8 rounds of 3 minutes
    no 3 knockdown rule

    But yes the main quistion is, should i rest for 3 days or train today (considering my body is fatigued) and rest for 2?
