Muscle/Joint pain?

    Muscle/Joint pain?

    For as long as i can remember, i had some weird kind of pain whenever i lift or move certain muscles. especially in the hands and arms.. If i clinch my hand, my fingerjoints and knuckles starts to hurt

    Same thing starts happening if im doing the dumbbells, as i lift it up, my wrist and hand starts hurting like hell, doesn't matter if its 1 kgs or 12 kgs

    Could this be some kind of muscle sickness or joint problem? getting the same thing if i try to "lift" anything, been getting it slightly more recently so im wondering if anyone had a similar experience.. (Its very often the muscles around the joints or the joint itself, be it leg or arms)

      Growing Pains perhaps, I had this when I was 12-14 yrs old. I would go to a doc and see if u have this. You could try changing diets as well and see if it makes a difference after 6-8 weeks. Get some calcium, vegetables, fruits, and protein (chicken) in ur diet and see what happens.

        everytime you finish working out try taking a cold shower and put icy hot where it hurts and every morning stretch

          Yeah, i know what growing pain feels like and this is quite certainly nothing like it, Just gives me this weird quite exhausting sharp joint/muscle pain when i lift

            I stretch all the time frequently and it only hurts when i attempt to train with weights / lift stuff

            do when you get up from bed and everytime your about to go to bed it works if not take pills for joints
