any ice cream, chocolate, burgers, chips, thickshakes, cookies, muffins, cakes......lol, i'd eat so much junk food if i wasnt boxing, i'd have no motivation not to eat it so id go nuts

now that im boxing i eat small amounts one to two times per week at the most, thats maintaining a weight, then if i need to lose any i give it up
