    im in my teens,

    i train 2 hours everyday, 6 days a week, and go runnin for 30 min 5 days a week

    is that good???????

      yeah thats pretty much the same as me just make sure to have a rest every few months or so

          It really depends from person to person. Some people need way less, some might need way more.
