    I have a question, does running break down muscle? For example, you just trained your arms and chest in the gym and you go for a run afterwards, will it be bad for your muscle gain or is this just another urban myth I overheard?

    not unless you run 10 miles everyday.....running short sprints keeps muscle....

      Well if you're lifting strictly to gain weight i would go light on the cardio but if your weight training as part of your boxing program or whatever sport you should be good. be safe, but experiment and see what your body responds best to
