    hi im still abit confused about my diet some times i find that i dont eat i havebreakfast a bag of fruit for lunch and after training just my normal dinner with what ever i come home to but i still duno what to have through out the day i have access to sandwich shops and other places but still i have tried havin a protein drink with 50g for a lunch but dont want my lunch to cost to much any ideas if i make sence lol

        40% unprocessed carbs 40 % protein 20% poly or monosaturated fats.

        in 6 small meals no further apart than 3 hours. carbs earlier in the day and protein later.

          Your heavier meals should be earlier in the day prior to working out. When I wrestled I would eat lots of fish aswell. But more importantly I would center my meals around my workout times (changed from semester to semester).


          I would always have my smallest meal at the end of the day. Also what many forget is that you need to take Vitamins since restrictions in diet can sometimes lead to you not getting enough of something.

          Also workout routines are drastically different depending on ones goals. But then thats a whole other thread.
