hi im still abit confused about my diet some times i find that i dont eat i havebreakfast a bag of fruit for lunch and after training just my normal dinner with what ever i come home to but i still duno what to have through out the day
i have access to sandwich shops and other places but still i have tried havin a protein drink with 50g for a lunch but dont want my lunch to cost to much any ideas if i make sence lol
