  • Working out visible difference

    Ok, if i start training and i do cardio and weights how long would it take for me to see a visible difference in my physique? Obviously with the right diet and me training pretty hard (20minute sprints/30 chinups/dips/situps/pressups/benching 40kg around 30 times i just started) things like this.

        It only took me 4 months to see results. I was at the gym for 2 hours a day and 5 days a week. Add in roadwork and diet.

        I actually gained about 6 lbs of muscle.
