oh i usually have cereal and toast for breakfast and the a couple of sandwhiches for lunch and then like veggies and some kind of meat for tea, so like would it work better if i had like the cereal first and then the toast l8er on and then a sandwhich for lunch and then another sandwhich later on and then tea???
im thinking of trying out the 6 small meals for a bit to try and boost my metabolism, so how big should my meals be around about???
From the research I have looked at it is a myth that eating smaller more frequent meals increases metabolism. I will see if I can find the links to the scientific studies.
