    what kind train when have flu?

    im havin flu i go to gym i just do light stuff like shadow and sparr then double end bag. Is that good or should i add more? this flu is been 2days now.

    If you have proper flu, the last thing you will be thinking of is training, get to bed if you wanna live.

      Just rest and take it easy, flu is no joke. Cold is another story, but if you really do have the flu you should not be trainning buddy.

      Last time i had the flu i just slept for like 4 days straight, only got up to eat some fruits and go to the bathroom.

          my trainer said its good to sweat out then rest, i have only slight fever only in the night yesterday but it was gone during noon so i got back to gym again. I have class everday i wanted to rest later after class but i dunno the thought of boxing seeing myself in the ring just keep playing in my mind like video player and i can't resist it anymore so i went to the gym. Do u also experience this. like u tired but then something plays in your head and you want to box and have energy again. :P

                If you are just a little sick, then you can do some light stuff but if you really have the lagit flu, best thing is to rest.

                Rest up, get healthy and that will make for a quicker recovery.

                  i dont do weights bra my trainer is want me to fight even lower around 112... coz i still got lot of fat in me my abs aint even showing yet im at 116 now.

                    yes, maybe im just little sick but my sore throat is coming back now, i hope will be well tommrow i don't want to be left behind in training.
