im havin flu i go to gym i just do light stuff like shadow and sparr then double end bag. Is that good or should i add more? this flu is been 2days now.
my trainer said its good to sweat out then rest, i have only slight fever only in the night yesterday but it was gone during noon so i got back to gym again. I have class everday i wanted to rest later after class but i dunno the thought of boxing seeing myself in the ring just keep playing in my mind like video player and i can't resist it anymore so i went to the gym. Do u also experience this. like u tired but then something plays in your head and you want to box and have energy again. :P
i dont do weights bra my trainer is want me to fight even lower around 112... coz i still got lot of fat in me my abs aint even showing yet im at 116 now.
