how often do use train??

      lol he asked what should he do, not what yorschedule of training peeps ) i'd say for beginner 3-4 tiems per week and 2 hrs per practice is more than enough for you.

        How often do you train???

        Fyi cuz i use the train ever time i want to go to philly maybe like once twice a month some times new york too but then i have to use the train to philly and from there use a train to get to new york.

          6 days per week

          i run varying distances (about 3-5 miles usually) mon, tue, wed, thurs, fri
          monday, tuesday, thursday im in the gym sparring, bags, pads etc from 6pm-8pm
          wednesday and friday its my running plus bodyweight exercises, also on some fridays we spar at other gyms

          and saturdays we have an all fitness session at an oval where we do sprints etc

          sunday i rest

              currently : xing yi, gao bagua, chen xinyi hunyuan taiji. started with karate about 20 years ago, picked up a bit of kickboxing and wrestling too.

                  Doing good, trying to get my mental and physical back for boxing. Sparred 4 times. In a year.Haha. So I'm getting at it, hardcore. You?

                      im 30, mainly doing for fitness, and currently jogging 3 miles a day, 20 mins training ssession a day
