I used to just buy the regular MLB gum and put a load into my mouth to chew b4 I sparred. Helped me get used to taking the punch.

eat beef jerky and get in the habit of chewing alot of gum.

still, if you eat a hard clean shot on the chin, all the chewing in the world won't save you.

Got this stuff the other day the cedar and larch, the larch definately tastes better but its not as stiff. the cedar just tastes like a forest and you have to spit alot at first. Ive been chewing this almost constantly for 2 days and my jaw is killing me like the right side of my face was making a popping noise when i chewed so i stopped stretched out my jaw alittle and mesaged the area around my ear.

Stuffs redicilious not because its hard though more so because you can't just have it in your mouth you need to be chewing to the keep it soft so your just constantly chewing

second page has larch gum on it too i thats where i purchased it from

this stuff is just sap thats hardened up so it tastes like a really strong pine forest. the larch is more woddy and not so much like pine needles as the cedar.

the larch gum is much less sticky then the cedar if anything i would go with the larch
