eat wheat pasta mixed with italian dressing and chicken throughout the day. I take a bite every hour or so to keep my metabolism on the move, if I'm real hungry i'll take a few bites here and there, until lunch when I eat it all. it's the best food for a boxer. complex carbs, + the benefits of wheat. get the 2.00 a box penne.

trust me....eat that 3 hrs before you train and youll even have energy when its time to go home.

    complex carbs bro.

also, to mix things up, (eating wheat pasta and chicken w/ italian dressing day in and day out gets old after a month) ...when u make it, find a large container that closes to shake it all up in. add a papa johns garlic sauce. it wont be much seeing as one box of pasta and a 40oz bag of boneless chicken breasts should last you at least two days if you eat other stuff as well. really improves the taste of it.

It all comes down to how bad do you want it. Everybody loves making up excuses why they cant do something, while few make up excuses why they can. If you really want to fight then you will find a way to make it happen.

When I was fighting young I would get up, go to school (sometimes running before school), get out and go to work, get done and go to the gym and then go home and crash. I did that for 4 years and modified that schedule for the next 2 through college and modified again when turning pro. If you really want it you will make it happen, anybody can tell why they cant, its all about your personal drive. How bad do you want it.............Rockin'

I feel for you. I work late from 4-12 while sometimes doing nothing on the job, but have a hard time going to sleep. I end up sleeping at 4 or 5 and waking up at around noon, heading to the gym at 1.

The most important thing of me getting a good workout is sleep, and waking up naturally. If I wake up early with an alarm, I'll be tired the rest of the day and wont have good workouts. It looks like youre getting up early too, and I'm not sure if you wake up with an alarm or not. I used to have an early shift and it would kill my gym days waking up early.
