Fighting Against A Rusher

The stepping off to the sides and slipping punches is a great advised but also, keep your hands up, specially when fighting someone who throws wides punches, and be elusive. Make them miss and make them pay but most importantly- be relaxed and fast on your feet. A good example would be Roy Jones Jr., even though he gets away with keeping his hands down. Just watch how he steps back, moves laterally, makes his opponents miss and makes them pay. Good luck!
