so yesterday i was sparring and i got TOOLED! I mean it wasn't even funny. was sparring with one of the pro guys in the gym and i just kept eating shot after shot after shot...so, i had a headache that lasted for ike 4-5 hours yesterday...this normal?

They are doing you a favor. When you have that first match and realize how tough you had it in sparring compared to the guy you're fighting.... and then you demolish him, you will thank those pros you sparred with. Don't worry about the headache. Take some tylenol, show up the next day, and bust ass. You gotta put your heart in this, or their ain't no sense in startin' this.
